I'm a product designer and builder based in Vilnius. By day I lead product design at MailerLite, working across the editor, the design system, and monetization. Outside of that, I like turning curiosity into software, chasing an idea from scratch to something real.
Six years in at MailerLite now, I started as an individual contributor and grew into leading a small team of product designers.
Outside of work, I build software on my own. I've designed, coded, and shipped software solo, from empty repo to paying customers, and I lean on AI as a real part of how I work, not a shortcut around the craft. I still care more about getting the small stuff right (a font rendering exactly as intended, an interaction that feels instant) than about moving fast for its own sake.
Before MailerLite I was a visual designer at CoinGate. Off-screen, I ride gravel routes around Vilnius. I'm usually reading something on biographies, psychology, or design, and can't walk past a well-designed building without stopping to look at it.

MailerLite: Six years of product design across MailerLite's builder tools, design system, and monetization products.

CheckWriter: A self-shipped tool for creating custom check templates online, designed and built solo.

Wander: A self-hosted tool I built after losing too many links, screenshots, and notes across scattered tabs and desktop folders. AI auto-tags everything I save, with full-text search across all of it.

I had the pleasure of working with Tautvydas for about a year. He's the kind of person every team wants: self-driven, constantly sharpening his craft, and humble enough to learn from anyone around him.
